I was in an accident and wanted the Jeep towed close to my house. Serra Collision was amazing to work with and the ladies at the front desk were so polite and so nice. They offered me a new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee as my loaner for $40 a day which was covered by my insurance. Corey kept me informed and while my vehicle ended up being a total loss, I would have felt very confident in them doing the work.
The service staff and management at Serra Collision Center are professional and dependable. They are skilled and pleasant to work with. No question is unimportant. You can trust the "job" will be very well done!
My car was repaired very quickly. It was spotless when delivered. The entire staff was courteous, kind and very professional.
The service was subpar, I had to call every single time to get an update on my vehicle and I had to endure, listening to Fox News on the TV and looking at Newsmax on the coffee table. You should seriously consider your customer experience and create an atmosphere that does not speak to your political position.
I have taken my car here multiple times and they have always been helpful and great to work with they do a wonderful job
