Campbell Car Wash

I hate to leave a bad review for a local business, and I avoid automatic washes as much as possible. I made the mistake of getting lazy and going here. I paid for the ultimate wash and stayed optimistic. Their wash absolutely annihilated my paint. I knew I’d have some scratch marks, but I didn’t think I’d leave with full on swirl marks. If you value your car, and want the paint to stay nice, look another direction

If I could give zero stars I would, the assistant manager has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have a similar experience as another review made 5 mo. prior to this, I paid for the most expensive car wash there, spent way too long vacuuming my car due to the vacuums that have no suction. There was still bird poop, dirt, and residue on my car. The assistant manager had me pull to the side to inspect my car for dirt, I have several spots of leftover dirt and residue that most likely would’ve been a lot better after another run through. Never have I been so disrespected & unhappy with my money spent. These are horrible photos but they are taken tonight from a video I sent my dad of how disgusting my car still is after going today to the Campbell Car wash.

Terrible cleaning job. I never leave reviews but felt the need to do so for this one because I feel like we should get our money back. So many areas of our car didn’t get cleaned especially the back. It looks like a hot mess of dirt. You can literally see in the photos how poor of a job this car wash did. Waste of $13 unfortunately.

Left with a dirtier car than when I started. Spots all over. Came back and gave them a chance to make it right and they offered to wipe a tiny spot but not address the spots all over the windshield. They were also rude. Save your money.

So, on a Saturday Sept 6th 2025 around 9:30AM, I met two men as I was pulling in to get my car washed, one was young and the other older in his 50's. The young man asked for the service I wanted and went in to the office to fill the order after I told him what I wanted. The older guy pointed to the left, I steered the car towards the left and waited for further directions. But he stood still giving me a cold stare. The younger man stepped out of the office and got into a conversation with the older dude. I couldn't hear what they were saying but as I rolled down the window to say "can I pull forward?", I heard the younger one said, "don't say that, what if he heard you?" To which the older man said, "I don't care if he heard me, he didn't do what he was supposed to do". I live in around
