Castores Towing Company

Hit a giant pothole on the way to work and damaged my tire pretty badly. Thankfully, I was able to get it home, as I wasn’t too far. They came within a reasonable amount of time for a Sunday. I work at a dealership about 25 miles away, so I had it towed there and the driver was nice enough to let me hitch a ride so I didn’t have to pay for a long distance Uber. Overall it was quick and easy.

My extended warranty company sent out this company. Contacted me prior to arrival, was ahead of schedule and took good care of my VW. Also was very pleasant to talk with. Think he did a great job

CAUTION: these drivers are a hazard on the roads. They nearly crashed their truck into my vehicle when merging suddenly without a turn signal. Then proceeded to swerve over white lines into other lanes almost crashing into others. DO NOT TRUST THEM BEHIND THE WHEEL. You've been warned. Stay away.

Tow truck driver amazing!!!!! Company Communication skills rash they’re not 24 hours. I called them several times no one answered. Was sitting there for 2 1/2 hours. Guessing the time they were supposed to come

These people couldn’t find the intersection of Murray and Allen so they cancelled my tow but continued send me texts that they were on thier way for three hours. I called someone else.
