Jackie's weekly updates were a highlight, and even though the holidays slowed things down, the wait was worth it. The paint job is phenomenal 🤩 - I'm beyond pleased! My car was hit-and-run which left a sizable dent with paint scraped down to the metal, so I patched it up temporarily with some etching primer and stickers. From my first phone call with Aimee, I was treated with kindness and respect. She thoroughly explained the estimate, making everything clear and straightforward, which gave me confidence my car was in good hands. The Springer Team exceeded my expectations—the repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and my car looks as good as the day I drove it off the Toyota lot. This shop is incredible. Jackie and Noel did amazing even when the insurance was making it incredibly hard to work with. My car looks just like it did before it got backed into. I recommend coming here. I’ve been coming to them for a while now and all I can say is they are always on the customers side and they do the best work out there. Springer goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best service possible. They really treat you like family and are all very friendly. They work hard even when insurance can make things incredibly difficult. They made sure our car was safe for the baby that has to ride in it and made sure our car looked brand new.
