Camping World - Cheyenne

I had the worst experience with this service department. I had an oil leak and running issues with my diesel Onan generator. The service manager (Roger) said they removed the generator and replaced all the hoses and that was to fix the problem ($1800.00) When I needed to run it 3 weeks later it still leaked oil and then completely shut down. I ended up taking it to Power Service and was informed it had the original hoses and the generator had never been removed . The service manager at camping world won’t return my phone calls or emails. I had read previous low rated reviews and should have been more careful. Lesson learned!!! Stay away from this coming world in Cheyenne Wyoming

Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I bought a camper from Camping World in Cheyenne, WY, and after just one week, I am beyond frustrated with the number of issues. It’s clear that quality control is nonexistent, and customer service hasn’t been much better. Here’s just a short list of the problems I’ve encountered in my brand-new camper: - Camera prep came unwired to the motorhome, making it useless. - There’s a hole in the awning right out of the gate. - The brace for the table bench was broken not allowing the table to be made into a bed and had to be fixed. - The bottom bunk bed was also broken and needed repairs. - Access panels keep falling out during drives because the screws are stripped. I had asked them to repair the panels before I took it and they didn’t. - The heater was falli

I urge you to read this message before doing any sort of business with Camping World. My girlfriend and I purchased a used fifth wheel from this location and have done nothing but regret our choice ever since. To start off, we went to this location already knowing what Rv we wanted to buy, it should have been a seamless process, but yet, between the manager talking with friends for 2 hours when he was supposed to close our deal, and all of the other run around, it took us being there waiting around for 2 entire business days before we were able to take the unit. When we purchased it, we knew it was used, and since camping world doesn’t check anything on trade ins at all, they market the $2,000 “lets go camping” package, which is supposed to give you all the stuff to just take the unit and

Do not get propane from camping world! They just destroyed a new 100 gallon tank by over-pressurizing it. This is the second or third time refilling the tank and they called it a manufacturer error. They said they are all certified and I could bring it in to see if it was their fault. I do not feel comfortable putting a leaking propane tank inside of my vehicle for them to gaslight me.

This Camping World place does not know about RV stuff and the CEO does not know about good customer service. We’re driving through I-80 and stopped here to purchase a part for our RV and this place made me waste my time and all my points for selling me a wrong RV part. The cashier told me to call the CEO number about getting my points back which I did and a very rude lady talking to me said that I’ve used my points and that’s it I can’t get it back. Unbelievable! Go somewhere else folks.
