Camping World - Fort Myers

I want to start with a positive note. Ricardo who works in the service dept was the only shining star there ! Brett Bender and Camren were very unprofessional, dishonest and rude! We dealt with them for over three months! Every time we called to check on progress we never got any honest information! And that’s if they would answers calls from us! I called headquarters in Illinois twice without any real assistance , they did however get the guys to answer the call that day! The work they did was sub standard! Photos attached ! Wish I would have taken more! We ended up fixing ourselves! I highly suggest if you have any other options you might want to avoid this camping world. I know we will! As a women I was extremely intimated by them and honestly continue to be!

Jason and Scot are killer guys! Talk about a smooth experience from start to finish. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of even after the sales is complete which is the most amazing part to me. Keep it up guys. You really couldn’t be doing better!

We called this company only because we had dealt with the one at home.Problem water faucet leaking, air conditioner not working.Tech came out clamped off water line, assessed air conditioners. Needed to order faucet and new air conditioners. Office called said I had to put up money for parts before they could order. Two weeks later they called had wrong faucet. One week after they called wanted me to pay final bill before they could come and install. When I told him that’s not they way I do business after much discussion I told them to refund my money I will get someone else to do the work.They then had the audacity to charge me for returning their parts. After everything we went through with the dealership we originally purchased our toy hauler from in Akron, Ohio, this Camping World location in Fort Myers was honestly a breath of fresh air. Scott was absolutely phenomenal! Not only extremely kind, but incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of RVs and campers. You can tell immediately that he truly knows what he’s doing and actually cares about making sure customers are informed, comfortable, and taken care of the right way. He took the time to explain things thoroughly and answered every question we had with confidence and patience. Cameron was also awesome!! I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Camping World in Fort Myers! We bought our TT in August, and completely meant to write a glowing review about our sales/finance team. Denise is a miracle worker, and by far the best “salesperson” I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Seriously, she makes us feel like family and we feel completely confident in her. She is competent, helpful, empathetic, and just all around a very “real” person.
