Camping World - Greenwood

My wife and I decided to purchase our first camper today, and after looking at multiple sites, we decided to go to Camping World in Greenwood, Indiana. Our sales representative Chris Swinford did an excellent job of navigating us through the process. It was clear from the beginning that he had our best interests in mind and made sure we got the best deal possible. The entire staff was very professional and efficient. Most of the positive reviews are from the sales here. Do NOT take your camper here for warranty work or repairs! They messed my slide up by not adjusting cables correctly destroying the seals. They had my camper for almost 4 months and all they did was break a window out of it, repaired the window then told me everything was fixed. After picking it up i discovered they did not look at or work on anything they were supposed to. All they did was replace the window that they broke. Three appointments and months later they finally fixed the slide seals, but once again did not adjust the cables correctly. This will cause the seals to go bad again soon... My freezer door did not stay latched, they "fixed" it for $200, in doing so they messed up my fridge latch and now it wont latch. I paid to ha

I had an amazing experience with Camper World and Kevin Romine! Kevin was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His attention to detail and friendly approach truly stood out. The walk-through I received from Bob was also fantastic. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my RV. Went to look at a 2018 shadow cruiser. Dontiece Johnson said it leaked on the floor because the slide wasn’t fully closed and they fixed it. That was a lie and wasnt able to tell at the dealership because they had this camper wedged between other campers so I couldn’t let the slide out. Now getting it home I could climb on the roof there is big split the size of my hand that has let water run down the wall on the floor. I wish I could show pictures on here it’s terrible half of my floor from the front to behind the wheels is rotten, full of water. After finding this out I called dontiece Johnson (DJ) and he said it was my problem soon as I pulled out of the parking lot. I told him I need to speak to his manager and he said I would have to call back. I then called back and now no one will a
