Overall positive experience and love the Travel Trailer I got for the family. My salesman Jeff C. Never pressured me and I really enjoyed that. Answered all the questions and helped me bring it home that weekend.

This is the only Camping World my family and I trust! Ask for Kobe Murphy and the business manager Joe. They are trustworthy standup guys that are just amazing humans that understand the assignment. Their lot is HUGE and BEAUTIFUL wide arrangement of options weather you're looking for a larger or smaller sized camper. We came in, we felt listened to and heard. From salesman that is unheard of. They got us exactly what we wanted and just a heads up this is the only Camping World I will come to and it's an hour away from us. There is one in Greenfield but they don't care at all. Do yourself a favor if you're in the market for an RV or camper go to Camping World Richmond and let Kobe and the guys take care of you! You won't be disappointed :)

Good buying experience ! I have bought multiple travel trailers from camping world ! I enjoy camping trips as well as let multiple friends use em , reading reviews I find it amusing how folks sometime whine about there Rv purchases , yup if you purchase one even if new just be prepared to work and maintain them as they basically are all built light and cheap so yes you will need to do repairs all the time it’s just part of it , there is a lot of components in a Rv ,heaters ,ac, thermostat and batteries and charging systems and complexed fridge system ,tanks and hoses and lights and registration and tires and brakes and roof seals to watch and reseal as needed ,sometimes it all likes to stop working at some point so be prepared it’s not just buy and live happy camper ever since ! This place has a great selection and Butch on the sales floor was awesome, while we didn't ultimately make a purchase, he was supporting the whole time and didn't pressure us to make a decision we weren't comfortable with. When I'm ready to pull the trigger Butch is getting my business. Edit* While all I said is still true after the first visit it went down hill.. Butch was not available when we returned as he was out of town on business, not his fault. Some things were promised that we're not delivered. There was a huge lack of communication between departments. We were really pleased with the service dept and walk through tech was great. But the sales side seemed like no one knew what they were talking about and did a lot of finger pointing at each other. I did get a camper and it's bea

If the average of their reviews is 4.4 stars, I question the validity of who is writing those Camping World Reviews and call BS on that. My title should be… Why DOUBLE the price when TRIPLE makes so much more profit! So knowing their somewhat questionable reputation, I foolishly decided I would take the gamble for convenience sake AND LOST! My needs were not overwhelming. Change the generator oil, service the A/C, replace the Black water tank valve and replace a roll pin in the steps that has fallen out twice. I felt this is minor stuff…. How bad can it be. Well…. ::Buyer Beware:: Their charge for generator service was “discounted” to only $60 more than I paid full price at another RV Service facility. The A/C service was $189, the roll pin (which I provided) was estimated at
