Did not properly repair vehicle. Charged $1,807.41 to fix cause of check engine light and noise. Took it first time, noise persistent and light came back on when driving. Took back and they claimed to fix something else at no cost. Picked up in same condition. Noise was still there and light came back on the next day. I asked if the sound was gone and they said oh I don’t you, you confirm. Owner John said, there's no such thing as a money back guarantee". John also insulted my intelligence by showing me the code tablet and asking if I understood what 3 issues minus one issue is and saying there's more that wasn't repaired. When I asked for a refund he said he won't do additional repairs with more payment. I feel that I was taken advantage of and they did not repair what I paid them to rep

If I could leave a zero for this business I would. I unfortunately read reviews about John and his business after my vehicle was returned to me not working and I paid 1k for it. When we went to pick it up and saw it wasn’t working after paying. He said I never said it was working. What owner SAYS that!!!! He had it almost a week. i had to rent a car. He said he needed more time. Gave him more time. He said it was fixed. It wasn’t. Still in the same condition as when I brought it in. He randomly replaced parts hoping it would work. He never fixed it. Had to go to the dealership to get it ACTUALLY fixed. He pointed to certificates on his wall. But obviously can’t fix anything! He even said he took me on a “whim”. Said he washed his hands of me and my vehicle. Horrible CS! Wh

My daughter was seeing a patient near Cane Bay's location. She called to let me know that one of her tires was losing air quickly. I called their shop and arranged for her to drive there after seeing her patient. John was able to remove the nail, plug the hole, and have her on the way in fifteen minutes. I am very appreciative of them taking such great care of my daughter.

Great place to get an oil change. Also had my tire patched for no charge.

DO NOT GO HERE. Not only did they not repair my boyfriends car, but they charged almost 4000 to "fix" it again. This place is a massive scam.
