Canton Car Wash

First, the automatic car wash was really good. I don’t even know what to say about the rest. Did they even clean it? There was no fragrance or anything. I had to ask for that.The mats were wet and it looks like they wiped things down, but look at the pictures, it is nastier than it was before And they left the rags in there. Now I’m out $45. That car wash was worth $15. If there was an issue, they could have come and got me.

Update!! 😡😡😡😡 the inside of my car is horrible, attaching video. 51 bucks and they left my car inside dusty and didn’t even ask about the trunk. I’m so puswed because I frequently come here and most times it’s good but it is hit or miss with the inside I never complain but today was enough I want a refund!! And canceling the membership!! I hope that Nick will still get credit for the first review it’s not his fault the cleaning crew is lazy. Nick was amazing, very detailed when selling me the membership. Thank you Nick your customer service is top notch.

I had a great experience at Canton Car Wash in Columbia. From the moment I pulled in, the customer service was amazing. The concierge, Nick, walked me through selecting my wash and made sure it aligned with my monthly membership, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Once I exited the wash and moved into the full-service area, the team did an excellent job. A young man named Ahmed was especially great—he took his time wiping down my car thoroughly, and I appreciated that he used the pink rags (it looks like they’ve upgraded or switched them, which was a nice touch). Ahmed made my car wash experience truly enjoyable. From the moment I pulled up, he greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome right away. He took the time to explain the different wash options clearly, answered my questions with patience, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. His attention to detail and genuine customer care really stood out. Service like this is rare, and Ahmed absolutely sets the standard.

This was my first time at Canton Columbia and I will definitely be going back. First thing is kudos to Nick at the entrance, he was very helpful, polite and patient. He walked me through the process, as their services are somewhat à la carte and finished the process being very courteous and with a smile. The system is very modern, clean and efficient. I had a full service wash which included hand drying and detailed interior cleaning. Everyone seemed extremely professional. I used to go to Hillsprings on Georgia Ave. (iykyk) and didn’t think I would find another car wash as good but I think I have found my new favorite. Michelle L.
