Cape Cod Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Center

I brought my car to this shop twice for the same issue, and both times they assured me the problem was fixed. Both times, my car broke down within the first 50 miles of leaving their lot. I was charged for both visits, lost multiple days of work, and even had to be towed from the highway back to their service center. I took my car to a different shop, and they immediately pointed out that the previous repairs weren’t done correctly — including using the wrong clamps. Something this basic should never have been overlooked. Between the repeated failures, the cost, the inconvenience, and the safety risk, this was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience.

Purchased a new vehicle last week. Service was excellent from start to finish! Very attentive staff, easy, clear buying process, accommodating to my situation. They helped me find the vehicle I was looking for at a price that worked for my budget. I did not feel pressured to buy but I did feel that I was getting quality service and care. Staff was all very friendly, easy-going, and understanding. I had an emergency when my car started making a terrible noise during a trip to Cape Cod from CT to visit family. I was only in town for the weekend and arrived around midnight on Saturday, August 27. I did not know if my car was safe to drive back to CT on Monday so I got up after a few hours of sleep and arrived at this location a little after they opened on Saturday, August 27, 2022. I was met by Shawn who shared that the service department was completely booked for the day but who asked more details about what was happening with my car. He was able to get one of the service technicians to drive my car that day and the service technicians noticed some serious problems that made my car unsafe to drive. They were then able to squeeze me in for service at the end of their busy Saturday so

I had an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation. During the inspection a coolant leak was found coming from my water pump. It was quickly diagnosed and repair plan was created. Nicole, the service representative informed me of the issues and took me to the service area to have the technician explain the issue and repair plan. The technician confirmed they had the part on hand and completed the repair in the estimated time. Nicole kept me informed of the technicians progress throughout the repair. Excellent job!!
