Untrustworthy.. and disrespectful. They claim 4 tires for the price of 3 and only want to sell one specific set of low quality tires for that price.. but the sign doesn’t specify the tire they offer, even though Massachusetts state law specifies that a business needs to abide by their posted signs. So all tires sold should abide by that deal. They are also shady, rude, and condescending in their communications. They were banking on me not having adequate car knowledge and were trying to convince me to buy tires I did not need. Tried to get me to replace my premium tires with a much lower quality.. assumed because I am a women I am stupid, and treated as such but I am not falling for these scammers. Very kind, patient people. Joe has great dad energy! It was far for me but recommended by another shop so glad I went there. Will go back for future tire needs.

I stopped in to get an estimate on tires for my truck. I also noticed a tire or 2 was low on air. I pulled up to a bay and asked kindly if I could use their air hose. The shop manager came out to tell me to move my truck and gruffly exclaimed, “We don’t do that!” Well, do I buy tires from this shop? No, “I don’t do that!”

I would avoid this place, I came in for a repair.. they removed my tire from my wheel, told me it couldn’t be fixed and tried to sell me new tires... then they tried to not give me my tire back. ((Because they knew i would go to another shop to have it patched.)) I had to go into the garage and get it myself and then they wouldn’t put it back on the wheel. The guy in the video is the guy from the front desk who was extremely rude. Acted like I was stupid, and didn’t want me asking questions.. but wanted to sell me tires i didn’t need. Yelled at me which is when I started filming then he me to leave the shop. They don’t like being called out on their scammy behavior. I wouldn’t trust people like this. Shady business practices. Brought a tire in that had a screw in it, asked for a patch. They removed the tire from my wheel and said they couldn’t patch it and that I’ll need all 4 tires replaced because my tires were “trash” I had just gotten my vehicle inspected so I knew they were good. I said no thanks and they said they couldn’t put my tire back on the car so I put a spare on my car drove to another tire shop that fixed it for $13 and said the tire was totally fine. Don’t trust these people, watch out for your wallet
