If you’re thinking about coming here, don’t walk.. RUN. AND RUN FAR AWAY. Do it yourself or go to the nearest elementary school and ask one of the kids to do it for you because they’re so sloppy, it seems like a kid did it. I called early morning and asked if they had any availability to mount/balance my tires for today and they said to bring it in & they’ll have it done by the end of the day. So I dropped off my car at noon and I didn’t pick it up until 7:30pm, 30 minutes past closing. Okay that’s fine, he said by the end of the day.. even though that was near 8 hours, I was prepared to be car-less for the day. I also asked for an oil change. Went to leave home Thursday morning at 6am. Low tire light was on in my suburban 18psi. Saw the bolt in the tire when I put air in it at home before we left. Got to Bloomington for our softball tournament and made a few calls to see if anyone could plug the tire. Took it into a local competitor they told me they could plug it. 1 hour later they told me they couldn’t fix it cause tire tread was to low. Called Capital told them my situation and they got me in on a Saturday afternoon. Told me they’d get the tire fixed. 45 minutes later they called back said they put a plug patch in it and was good to go. $45 later we were back on the road! If I’m ever in the area and have a tire problem I’m only calling Capital Tire!

Amazing service! I needed the service done quickly as I had a family event and they did everything in their power to make it quick and easy. Nate was extremely professional and friendly. I will never go to another tire place after today's visit. 10 stars.

I set up an appointment for a cooling system flush, canister purge valve replacement, and spark plug replacement. I called six days prior and was told I could make an appointment on Saturday with an 8am drop off. I asked for an estimate on how long it would take to do these repairs, and was told it would take "only a few hours." On Saturday, I dropped off my car at 8am and was told that it would be done in the "early afternoon". I didn't hear anything from the shop by 2pm, and I called and was told that my car was just being worked on and would be done sometime between 3 and 4. I wasn't called that it was done until 3:15pm.
