Caps Towing and Transport LLC

Car quit not sure what happened but called my Life360 and they sent Caps towing and I can honestly say they are very reliable. Received a text saying what time they would be there and they arrived earlier than expected. Very nice man. Hands down great experience I will definitely call them again if I need them.

Mr. Calvin is an extremely kind and patient gentleman. I was very upset that my car broke down miles from home. He responded quickly and answered my many questions before delivering my car safely to its destination. My son even tried to tip him and he wouldn’t take it. In a time that I needed someone the most and an extremely HOT DAY!!!! CAPS TOWING WAS THERE! I want to thank Mr Nick for turning a bad situation into nothing but laughs and good conversation! From the first phone call to the safe delivery of my vehicle he was nothing short of professional. I could tell he was extremely tired and he still went out of his way for me. I even told him I felt safer with my vehicle on dollies, even though it didn't need it and he didn't even hesitate to accommodate my request in a dangerous part of the interstate. He had calls holding and he still stopped at a store so I could get a cooler and ice for the medical supplies I was transporting. I offered him a $100 tip and he refused to accept it! I had a flat tire on my truck with my camper on top, making it a challenge to get the tire off and replaced. He helped me with a number of issues related to the camper and accessing the spare tire. When we found the spare was flat, he would not leave me on the side of the busy highway, but instead took me and the spare to get air in it. He was super quick getting to the spot to help me as well. Nick went out of his way to help in a difficult situation and did a great job fast. Highly recommend!

I want to thank Mr. Nick for his patience and faith that got me through the situation I was in last night. I was scared but he came to my rescue. I was stuck on Stagecoach Road in Gaston before he got to me but the wait was well worth meeting him. God sent an angel because that’s what Nick was. It took us another two hours to get the car off that road but he did everything in his power to ensure I was safe and get me back on the main road. I called several towing companies and they told me ma’am we don’t come on that road. Nick even told me no at first until he thought he had a missed call from me and said ma’am are you still stuck?
