Alex is a Good man! He checked out my car after towed it there. Ran diagnostics and transmission is shot. I asked if we could change the fluid. He said it would just be an added expense and it won’t solve the problem. He could have done the change to make more $$$ but he didn’t. I took my 97 dodge ram in to have the torque converter replaced. I had one code P0740. Prior to taking it to Alex I had already replaced the torque converter clutch solenoid. When I got the van back I had five codes. The P0132, P0135, P0141, P0138, and P0138. The speedometer nor the odometer was working. I had to reattach two vacum hoses. When I left the shop I was not confident in their abilities to do any better. They had the vehicle for 8 business days. No one called me to give me an update. I had to call to find out the van was ready to pick up. It was out by the road and the hood was up when I arrived at the shop. Alex was nice, but the service was terrible. Now I have to figure out what they have done to my van. A service I paid $899.00 for. I would have gladly paid more if I was tol

We had transmission issue going down the interstate coming home from vacation. We found this business and they fixed our car while we waited so we could get home and gave us a great price. Wonderful company and people.

I really didn’t wanna put a bad review but as time has gone by and the more I drive my truck.. I am displeased by the service I received for $5200. I Took my 17 Silverado in for engine shaking and sputtering .. waited a month and some change(I understand how life is so it’s not a big deal) but I was told it was top notch to come get it., I picked it up, paid 5200$ and immediately realized it’s STILL DOING THE SAME THING! But was told it’s just breaking in .. So after a few hundred miles it didn’t change .. I dropped it back off.. kindly said make it right please.. it took 3 weeks and it wasn’t looked at.. so I picked it up and ate the bill because I needed my Truck due to I’m from out of town and travel work. So the 2 star is because Alex is a really nice man I have nothing against him.

Taking my car here was the best decision ever!! Customer service was excellent. My transmission completely went out. The mechanics here replaced my transmission and had my car running again in record time. My car runs like brand new again. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality car repair services!!
