Captain Car Wash

First and last time using this business. I give one star because I did get a second free wash after the first left white spots all over my truck. The owner/manager was very understanding in my dissatisfaction and did not hesitate to comp the second time thru. Both washes were the top of the line, $15.00 packages and both automatic bays were used. However, after the second time thru, the truck still had spots all over. I then spent over an hour at home washing and waxing to remove the discoloration, when I could have saved time and money and done that from the beginning. I do not recommend this place and will not be going back.

Fraud. Fraud dont go.They have posted $2.50 for 4 minutes right by the hand pressure sprayer. Cant put quarters in. So have to swipe credit card. Soon as you do it they will charge you $10.00. Will see on bank statement. Nothing says $10.00 by sprayer or anywhere.The time used 4 minutes.

I buy packages thru the app where you get a discount. Yhis location always seems to be working and does a good job getting road salt off.

Good self serve car wash and touches automatic for convince. Dog wash however, could use vast improvement.

The only thing that would make this place better is if the automatic wash was tall enough for my Transit van with a cargo rack. I'll have to try the bottled water sometime.
