I had a great experience with Hoffman & I will definitely be back. I was able to get an estimate based on my description of the problem. It was easy to get an appointment or be seen the same day. Having a shuttle service is also a really nice feature! I was able to leave my car at the shop while they gave me a ride home & back when it was finished. I also appreciated getting a text with a link to a written plan with clear pricing that I could approve right from my phone. The whole process was straight forward and easy. Jordan & Maria were both kind & professional even on a busy, snowy day.

Took our Subaru for the first time to Hoffman. Very happy with the staff,waiting area,and most important the service great. Just an oil change and full check of everything,but its a start. Plan on returning for future service. Hard to find quality service and nice people these days.
