Do not go here, they are actual con artists. I slid on ice and hit my driver side front wheel on a curb and it threw my assignment off. I made an appointment for 8am to get it re-signed. They open at 7 according to their site, I got there at 7:50, staff got there at 8:10. I go in and explain a slid on ice, my wheel had to be held at 45 degrees to go straight, and that I likely damaged my hub. I ask them to do their best to align it, I'd fix the hub later, then come back for a re-align as I'm buying the lifetime. 21 minutes after I leave they text saying it's ready, that's suspicious. I show up and he tell me my alignment was fine. I ask about the crooked wheel from the accident and he says "you never disclosed before you hit a curb", excuse me? My experience today was excellent. SHEA was very professional and understood what actually brought me to the store. Took time to explain my options and got to work quickly. I would recommend anyone in need auto care services to stop by here. You will not disappointed.

Brought my car in for new tires and an oil change as one tire went flat and figured since I needed a full set now would be a good time to do so. Person tried to shove more expensive tires without discussing options. One day after I had picked up my car a tire was flat. Went to replace with a spare only to find out they never returned my spare tire to my car. Never received a call or message about the missing spare. Limped the car back to them. Issue was allegedly a faulty valve stem. While all of that is frustrating I just had to tow my car to another mechanic because apparently they never put the oil cap back onto the engine when they did the oil change. Awful. Never going there again.

Not fixed right the first time. Took 4 times and they keep billing me for faulty installation and product.

This is the second time we had an appointment that every time we called, the car was a hour away from being done. The first was an oil change that never got completed because after having the car all day saying an hour away, we went and picked it up because we needed it back. No oil change. This time breaks and rotors. They had the car the night before. The next day called at 11. “It should be an hour, we’ll call you back.”. No call. I called a couple hours later “45 minutes to an hour.” Said I would head over after work. Still on the rack tires off.
