So I bought a jeep in December by Jan it was in the shop with 3 issues. They kept my jeep almost 3 weeks. Just for it to return back a week later with an issue they knew about and should have fixed at the same time they had it. I have had my car back 2 weeks and now a 4th issue, I dropped it off weds told it was going to be escalated and resolved. Mean while they made me pay 38.00 a day for a rental car while they are fixing mine again! I was told it would be done last night and we sit no call back no one answering the phone there and now I’m going to be paying more money for this rental from them. 38.00 a day x 5 days plus a 150.00 security deposit just don’t seem right for there errors and things they should have fixed before selling me a 22,000 jeep!!

I live in Florida, Drove my jeep to Ohio to attend a couple funerals and to see my family doing so I experienced the jeep death wobble as they call it absolutely horrifying!!.. Specially, after going through the hurricanes and losing my home and everything in it truly it was the last thing I needed. Called the Wyler Jeep dealer in Canal Winchester they got me in the same day I called had to order the part. Sierra was a complete gem.!.. She and everyone there were so kind and thank goodness it was covered bumper-to-bumper under the manufacture. Wonderful team you have there to deal with specially after I’ve gone through hell is the last few weeks

I stopped here this morning for an oil change on my promaster work van. As I have at many other dodge dealerships, I arrived at 6:30 so I would be first in line so that I could get back to work. The experience was awful. I’ve never left a bad review before as I would rather talk about how good a company is. With that said, they were too busy to change my oil. That was not my issue at all. I understand that companies get busy. It was the rest of the experience. As I said, I arrived at 6:30 and I parked about 20 feet from the overhead service door. I don’t like to pull up as I feel like I am rushing them to let me in. At all other dealerships, when they open and are ready they wave me in. Terrible experience with this service department. I took my truck in for a check engine light on Tuesday May 7 at my appointment time. They told me originally that it was probably something that could be done in a day but then it changed to possibly taking up to 24 hours for the diagnosis to come back. Whatever, that’s fine I just wanted the truck fixed and the engine light to go away and they will call me the next morning. Well I don’t receive a call the next morning so I called them in the afternoon to them saying they were still diagnosing it. I finally get a call the next morning which is now Thursday saying I needed a new cam shaft sensor as well as many other things not relating to the problem. I agreed to let them replace the cam shaft sensor as I figured that would fix the issue my

****Edit***** new opinion, after 2 additional visits. I am actually very happy with the service I received at BOTH Chevy and Chrysler of Jeff Wyler. Their communication was MUCH MORE LIKE IT. I was very pleased with the service and help they gave me. We came in for everything that needed to be done at 60,000 miles, oil change and tire rotation. They got it all completed that day, very quick to get back when I had questions. NOW, this is the type of place I don't mind taking my car to. It took some time for the new management to get it fixed, but I'm so thankful, William actually cared and tried to get my issues resolved. My biggest one was proven the last two trips(one at Chevy and one at Chrysler- two separate vehicles) THANK YOU WILLIAM FOR ACTUALLY TAKING THE TIME TO FIX YOUR CUSTOMER S
