Car Center Collision Repair

Like most people, I researched many places on where to take my car to get body work done. A person hit ice and rear ended me at a stop light, which caused minor damage (bumper deep gouges and spider cracked paint from flexing when hit). Car Center Kentwood took over for Fox Collision and inherited some of their bad reviews, hence why they have 4 stars. However, I can tell you they are nothing but 5 stars. The building is brand new and looks great. They dealt with my insurance flawlessly, Geico, and it was a very smooth process. I have never got an email updating me on my car during a repair. Grace was great and sent me a daily update (body work done, car going into paint today, etc.). Couldn't ask for much more than that. The entire experience of working with the team at Car Center Kentwood was wonderful. They were extremely informative, made sure I had all the information necessary, worked directly with my insurance provider and completed repairs sooner than anticipated. When I picked up my vehicle not only was it fully repaired, but completely detailed inside and out. Would absolutely recommend.

I had work done for my car, some covered by insurance and some parts weren’t. They were very professional and accommodating from the beginning, reasonable prices for repairs, good communication, work done in a timely manner, and appreciated the surprise of car detail done when I picked up my car. Will definitely use them again!

Excellent service all around. Helped with rental car. Great quality work. Completed early. Worked with my insurance. I barely had to think about anything. Communication via text which I preferred.
