Took some time, but got my Mini back beautiful and back to normal from all the hail. Jordan, Madison, and the others were awesome. Had an error code that popped up and they got it gone when it was all ready to go - same day. They work well with Geico insurance, have a shuttle when you drop your vehicle off. Update: After I recieved ny vehicle back and since then have had electrical issues from my SOS Call System. They 'cleared' it with a reader only to come back on when I turned the car on. Had to go my dealership and pay almost 900$ out of pocket to have it repaired/ fixed. Now my sunroof switch doesn't work on the interior. The staff is very friendly, but I always had to call to get any kind of update.

My brand new car was totaled via their incompetence. Never in my life have I made a worse decision than to bring my car here. I tell everyone I can to avoid this place. They dissected the car unnecessarily and broke things in the process that couldn't be replaced easily. Rather than tell me about it and ask what to do, they went behind my back to my insurance company to total the car to cover for their mistake. To be clear, those working on the car fully admitted their mistake. So I wasn't upset with them. But when I tried talking to the manager, Jason, he was rude, disrespectful, and defensive. He refused to acknowledge what those actually involved in the repair had already told me on their own many times: that they had made a mistake. This is what upsets me. They seem to think that beca

began by dropping my car off on 10/13 was told my car would be completed and ready for pick on 10/22 which then became 10/24 then 10/27 then 10/28 now on 10/29 get just a text saying they received the wrong part an should be done now on 10/31... each time I've needed any update, I've had to call or text them to get any information, not even to mention the fact the amount of personal time I've had to use to leave work because I'm told it "should" be done today, to get NO updates ALL day just to have to call/text them 15 minutes from closing because NO one updated me every time. I've also have had to use a rental this whole time that I'm having to pay out of pocket now because of all of the delays. and lack of updates. Car Craft Auto Body greeted me warmly, on arrival, and kept me informed with timely updates while my vehicle was being repaired. This step, either missed or ommited by other servicers, was greatly appreciated. Barb and Linda are absolutely the best at what they do. Upon pickup, I saw a beautifully restored front-end with the paint perfectly matched, making my vehicle look brand new! I'm grateful for my experience with Car Craft Auto Body. I will never bring my car again this the rudest place I ever been the fact my new car was full covered I got a new car like 3 weeks ago and my car got hit with a run away while I was in the house and my car got really damaged when I brought it a nice lady in the front desk take care of me and they only fixed the body car but not the other issues from steering wheel where my car got hit and when I drive I have to use all my strength to make a turn so I Called my insurance and told them about the issue they told me to take it back and there was this other lady I for got her name and told her about the way she talked me is like that I look disgusting to her when I told her that my insurance told me to bring it and get fixed and she refused she told me to go back and called my insurance and
