Driving in from out of town and my check engine light comes on. They were the closest so I called. My car had been losing power on the drive they took a look right away. They made sure I got a rental with a partnering business and took care of an entire turbo replacement in 24 hours. Im super appreciative I can drive home in peace.

This place is fantastic!! Not your shiny, polished big name shop, but so very kind, extremely quick, and a very fair price. I was on vacation and ended up needing new front brakes (front right brake but I had them do both front brakes). A friend googled and found this place because they had good reviews. I showed up when they opened and panicked a bit when I saw a good handful of cars at the shop. They had to order my brake pads (which arrived in 20 min from somewhere down the road), then immediately took care of my car! They said they always like to take care of travelers/vacationers as quick as they can to get them back to their vacations. They opened at 8am and I was back to my vacation by 9am! What a Godsend!

Never had a bad experience with a shop until this place and it was an absolute nightmare 8 months to get a engine rebuilt and after returning it 4 different times I still got it back burning oil and his excuse was it’s oil in the exhaust… truck had already been drove over 1000 miles their was not oil in the exhaust I took my loses and sold the truck but had to share my experience I’m sure he will make some excuse and try to reply to this but that’s my god honest opinion of this place and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy if you do use this guy just be very skeptical also his communication skills are horrible I have months of text and excuses if anyone cares to see or had same experience your welcome to email me this isn’t the end of this deal for me

Months ago they were to replace my front wheel bearings. On my truck. I had a front end problem and took it Rick's in sevierville . I received a call from Rick's that the wheel bearings were in bad shape. Car d OLOGY did not replace them. I have the old bearings and took them to the owner. He refused to look at them .

Go here for all your needs!!!! The owner of this shop is respectful, honest and has amazing customer service. While on vacation, we accidentally locked our keys in our vehicle and this wonderful man came without hesitation immediately down the road a few minutes from us and handled our situation. Literally saving an entire day of vacation with our kids!!! Anytime we are in the area and need anything He can help us with, This is our go to shop!!! You won’t find better service anywhere. Quick and respectful with very fair pricing. Will recommend this place to anyone that is in need . Tennessee is one of our favorite vacation spots in the local shops. Make it the best experience possible.
