Stopped by to see if I could trade my car in and had no issues whatsoever. The saleswoman Zoey and the manager Kristi were extremely professional with the whole process. Had the answers to all my questions, top notch customer service, and made sure I left happy. 10/10 would recommend!

Everything seemed fine during the initial purchase. I understood I was likely overpaying and might face mechanical issues, so I bought the Advanced Protection Plan along with the vehicle. Fast forward: My spouse was involved in an accident that resulted in the vehicle being totaled. I was instructed to release the vehicle from the tow yard to the insurance adjusters. Fast forward again: I began receiving spam calls from spoofed numbers about the accident, and at the same time, a Car‑Mart employee showed up at my home unannounced, pressuring me into getting another vehicle. Currently: I no longer have a vehicle, yet I’m still being charged for the one that was totaled. Corporate informed me that the Advanced Protection Plan is something they “don’t have to honor.” I now have roughly $3,000

Buyer beware!! Stay away from this location! Store manager is unprofessional, doesn’t have any follow up, or follows through. This location is dishonest, disrespectful, and has no idea what each other is doing. Their lack of communication between staff is horrible! This is the 3rd car I bought from Carmart. The first 2 were from Siloam Springs Carmart. I would highly recommend the Siloam Springs Camart. Their customer service is top notch. They are super helpful and treat their customers with respect and kindness. Again stay away from the Centerton Carmart! Go to Siloam Springs instead. You’ll be taken care of and love your car!

Purchased a vehicle very easily. No up selling and was out within an hour. Kristie was patient and helpful. Robert is a proactive salesman and kept the process moving along. Third vehicle at this location and still pleased.
