Tried to charge my wife $35 to check tire pressure and to remove a screw head that was stuck in the tread, the screw head was not even punching into the tire! Definitely do not recommend for women to go in without a man with them! No wonder they don't have any customers! They aught to be ashamed of thier practice!!

I want to personally thank Andrew, I came in as a first time customer because I got 2 coupons mailed to me. I visited today and was told they could not honor both coupons for the same visit. I was confused, and Andrew very professionally explained why they couldn't honor both coupons in the same visit. He explained he felt very sorry because he really enjoys helping people out, but the system won't let him. But never the less, he still went out of his way to call the owner of the location, asked to honor both coupons and they said yes. I am very happy with this location, Andrew was very very helpful, and very professional. Once the approval came through, the total price was actually better then expected! This used to be a great shop, but ever since the change in owners, it's gone downhill. During one routine oil change, they didn't replace the filter, leading to buildup that required service later. During another on a different car, they overtightened the oil plug, breaking it as a result. With both incidents, the manager deflected blame despite the evidence that the mistakes happened at their shop. Our last visit here included a tire that kept dropping pressure, but they assured us that everything was fine with it. We took that car to another business on our next service visit, and the mechanics there spotted a nail in it immediately. Your business is best spent elsewhere.

These gentlemen helped me when they didn't have to. I had my vehicle serviced at my normal Volvo dealership in Tulsa 2 days prior and the service tech there completely screwed things up. My car was leaking oil, the tech at Volvo has screwed things up royally underneath my car. They got me right in and fixed the problem and didn't ask for payment. So thankful they fixed a situation that could have ended badly. Thank you!!!!
