These guys were extremely friendly and flexible helping set up my new daily and track wheels. Danny understood that as a car enthusiast I truly cared about the level of detail taken not to scuff my brand new rims.

Had two bad tires; so I went to Walmart Supercenter this morning, look on Walmart app they said the store had the tires in stock. Tried calling but no one answer. So when I got there (WM) they don't have no tires in stock had to wait 2 to 3 days. So that's when I called Plaza Tires. They saved the day and time for me. Just came for one tires but left with two brand new tires! Awesome Job Your Guys!! 5 🌟 . And on top of that; Danny at the front desk was very patient and with great customer service! He was down 2 or more guys but he didnt show no frustration like other people would have. Him and his crew was there willing to help the customers! GREAT JOB TODAY GUYS! PLAZA TIRES IN CENTERTON. ALL THOSE GUYS NEED A RAISE.

I have a Senior friend who had been having trouble with her car battery it was on going. She works until 11:00 nightly. She called and car was down again. Not safe for her or anyone. I called Plaza Tire in Centerton and employee was so helpful. I gave him car make model and he had a new battery to her at her work installed and secured within 30 minutes! He was awesome. I believe the tech helping us name was Jonathon. Kudos! to him.Very prompt and professional Talk about peace of mind! Outstanding service for sure and fair price on new battery! I knew I would be needing new tires soon. I reached out to family who own a tire store in Hot Springs. He recommended Plaza Tire. One recently opened in Centerton so that worked out great. Plaza has quite a few choices, comparable prices, and great customer service. The manager, Danny really explained things and gave me several options so I could make the best decision. Another bonus was seeing Katie who moved from another local business and she is great! When my car was ready, Blaze, who did the service let me know when car was ready. He was so kind and said he hoped I didn’t have to wait too long. I didn’t have to wait too long and most importantly, he did a great job. I booked an appointment to have a specific tire that they had in stock put onto my car. When I showed up they didn't have the tire and tried to sell me a set I didn't want. After I told them no they said they could have them delivered next day. If that's the case why didn't they order it so it was here for the appointment? Amature hour at this place.
