I live in Little Rock and I was going to purchase a vehicle in Bentonville and wanted to do a Pre purchase Inspection. After the inspection he gave me the rundown and his expertise and advice. He saved me thousands of dollars while providing an honest opinion on the Truck. It’s one thing to be an expert in the field. And it’s another to be honest and helpful. This shop is both.

H.I.S Automotive lives up to their name, which stands for Honesty Integrity and Service. They don’t upsell you on unnecessary stuff that won’t extend the life of your vehicle. They don’t try to tell you things need to be fixed that don’t. We had our timing belt replaced and they went out of their way to tell me they wouldn’t charge me to replace the drive belt which is usually a standard part of that service. This means they were paying attention to the car fax and knew that the drive belt had been replaced recently which I was planning on telling them but didn’t have to. The owner is a master certified Honda Technician and our van that was honestly running a little rough, now run smooth and quiet and practically like it’s brand new again with nearly 200k miles. Will for sure keep coming b

Great service. Fast turn around. Fair price. And 100% support a smaller local shop opposed to one of the chains. Labor rate looks fair for diagnostics and repairs. Usually do my own work but time to actually do it was an issue this time. They were able to get me in and get my truck fixed up before thanksgiving. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area and I will be back if I need more work done.

We LOVE this auto shop. Aaron and his team have taken such great care of our family vehicles. I appreciate how honest and fair they are about pricing and ability to get services done in a timely manner. We have a new teen driver and any time we have taken her car into the shop I am confident that they would never allow her car off the lot if they thought it was in any way unsafe making us feel like family.
