Car N Drive

Brought a car from this place. They said it was missing a sensor and they will call me when the sensor came in. They never called. I had to keep calling. I finally spoke to the mechanic and he said the sensor been in. He told them and they just never gave me a call All this while the check engine light is on finally got it took to them to fix the issue in which I thought it was fixed brought it in to get an inspection since I live in Pennsylvania and every time I take it to get inspected a consistently says not ready to be tested. I brought this car in January. It is now June. They also didn’t tell me that each tire Has wheel locks on them now I have to pay to get that removed. Why still have no car inspection

Brought a car from them in October. They never detailed the car as promised. Sold me a dirty jeep on E. They said the detail mechanic quit the day I purchased the car. I drove back for a detail and still no detailer. I live over an hour away. I picked my tags up still no detail and I explained the transmission has been slipping for them to look at it. They didn’t have time to fit me in when I scheduled. I took it over three times to be looked at a place the warranty honors. I was told change the transmission fluid. I did and it’s till slips. Then come to find out I had three different size tires on the truck and that can be the issue. I changed the tires even though it’s nothing to do with transmission. I’m rebuilding this truck trying to figure out why the transmission continues to slip

We originally went in Saturday njght, but unfortunately by the time we were donr test driving and chosen what we wanted, banks were closed, so we had to go back in yesterday 11/3. Somehow, even with our credit being barely 500 ( not kidding, it was 455/512.. covid hit us hard, andnthen ive been out of work for the last 2 years because of medical, with no income.. so our credit? Horribll moah was able to get us approved for a 2020 kia sportage, ticket price around $13k, and $3k down (,we went in with the intention to put down $2500, but did $3k to get monthly payments closer to what we wanted). On top of that, he was able to get about 5% less interest than state max, which we expected state max cause of credit. The entire experience was very easy.. and only took 2.5 hours from start to fin

My husband bought a used truck from Car N Drive. He saw it online and could quickly schedule a test drive. The purchase of the truck was easy too! I still can’t believe they delivered it to us! Oh And the ladies in the office were super kind taking his calls while he waited for his plates (pa dmv process not dealership issue).

Holding paperwork hostage post-sale - STAY AWAY Bought a car in January, making payments starting February. They were "super kind to front part of the down payment" and signed an internal contract to pay it back. Life happened, repayment got delayed, and they refused to give me my permanent plates and registration (which they HAD) until it was paid...which is ILLEGAL. They were paid by the bank, the bank had the title, so they were legitimately committing fraud by not giving me the documents, causing me to have to get them myself and pay the fees again through PennDOT (which I found out that I was technically registered and plated since February). Yes, I owe part of the payment, but that doesn't justify keeping legally-required paperwork from me. Absolutely scummy company.
