Car Wash

My credit card has been charged incorrectly twice in the past month when using the self serve bays. Been coming here for years and never had a problem with this before. I also decided the use the automatic wash due to being in a hurry one day. Paid for the most expensive wash, and the dryer cycle did not work. Complete ripoff. This place has gone downhill since the newish owners took over. They jacked the prices up, but the services have been garbage. Gotta love the profits over people mentality. Just lost a customer of over a decade.

Went through the automatic wash (got the $15 option specifically because it included the blow dry, which the least expensive option did not... even offering a wash that doesn't include a dry is the product of an insane person's mind, but maybe that's just me). Came out cleaner than I went in but far from what I'd call "clean". There was a prominent bird poop on my driver's side window that looked exactly the same as it did before the wash. But the biggest failure was the drying. In spite of the auto blow dry, no part of my truck was dry when I left. I don't mind having to do a quick once-over with a towel after a wash to catch some spots that didn't get fully dry, but this was more than that. This place has really gone downhill fast. Prices were raised (fine) but the quality of the wash has gotten worse. I just washed my car and it still looks dirty. Don’t waste your money.

We just got back from the car wash (spent $11 for 5 mins - power rinse, power wash, power rinse, clear coat), saw a car in front of us at the stop sign and remarked that they didn't do a good job washing their car (you could see the dirt all over the hatch). Got home and looked at our car - same thing - we could literally write our names in the dirt still on our windows. Horrible job. Seemed like good pressure, but I don't think any soap actually came out of the wand. There was a little bubbling, but nothing major. Never had problems like this before. Super disappointed, won't be coming back.

I was charged $20 and $15 for 2 separate trips this month for a 6 minute rinse using only high pressure water to knock off dirt. Yet last month I was charged $5 for the same rinse. I am angry!!! This is not reasonable nor consistent. I will not return.
