Surprisingly great service. I stopped going to car x years ago. I decided I'd give them a chance since I was in the area and badly needed an oil change. It seemed like they weren't as busy as the newport store, being they are in Alexandria. They got me in and out in about a half an hour. They did a tire rotation, which other companies don't do. The service techs were experienced. The price was less than most other companies.

Tim and Jack checked out my (high-mileage) Honda's fractured exhaust pipe forward of the catalytic converter and repaired it with a section of pipe and welds. The car is now quiet and runs great. The price was $85 plus tax. It was the best auto repair experience I have had in a very long time. I plan to recommend Tim and Jack to everyone I know.

Probably the Best Car Shop I have visited in a long time! Tim and his guys are incredibly amazing, great at explaining what is going on with my car, present me all the options available and even give very good advise on car care. If you live in the area, check them out, you will no regret your decision. The team at this location is very experienced, knowledgeable and respectful. Will always choose this car x location. Can't say enough great things about Tim and his employees! When Tim realized the job was going to take longer than promised he rented a car on his dime so that my son could get to work at his new job. Who does that ? Tim ! Car is running great. Highly recommend! Thank you !!!

I have been coming to car x Alexandria for around 15 years. I drive over from the east side of Cincinnati to come to them. They are professional, kind and most of all honest and trustworthy. They will work with you on cost (being reasonable), accommodating on appointments, explain what they are doing to your car and why and give suggestions to take care of your car. Tim and the all the mechanics are just honest, good people. I HIGHLY recommend them!
