I took my car in for wind shield wipers that were not working... they charged me $100 for diagnostics and an estimate of $1800 to fix the wipers... I picked up the car and took it to a different shop where I got them fixed for $150... not only did they try to rip me off, but I got charged for it.
I was having issues with one of my tires, losing air every few days. I brought my jeep into CarX and the guys were just FANTASTIC! Todd was knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. Never once did they try to upsell me for an entire set of tires or anything. They squeeze me in same day and we’re very fair in price for the repair needed. A few hours later, my car was ready and I am back on the road with confidence. I will definitely use CarX in the future for auto needs.
Wasn’t from the area and ended up having a screw in tire. They got me right in and had great customer service. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and I was very pleased with the service.
Best place to get service done... The crew is very professional and helpful... also made me feel like I was getting above and beyond service and wasn't being scammed or upcharged for other services... the confi- drive inspection was great also as it was very detailed and showed pictures... will definitely be back
I brought my 2007 used car here to get the power steering line changed and I was quoted over $600 dollars to change just the line. The part they wanted to use (which is what made it so expensive) was the most expensive one after doing some of my own research on power steering lines for my specific car online. I asked if they could use a cheaper part and they said it was not possible because it is the company’s policy and they was nothing they could do. Explain to me why it is the company policy to charge people the most money they can by using the most expensive parts….I proceeded to take it to tires plus and they said it would only be $200. $400 dollar difference is insane and seems like a big scam to me. I would’ve paid more than $200 for just the labor not including the part at Car-X. I
