CarX is an amazing place to get your car serviced at. Marc is very friendly and welcoming and will engage in conversation with you! His team is amazing at what they do and they will fix any issue that you bring to them. I highly recommend this place if you want a family friendly and cost effective service! I have been here a few times and they never disappoint. They guide you through the process of what’s wrong and how to fix it. I will never go anywhere else. Mark and his crew are nothing less than AWESOME! I've never experienced customer service on a level that Mark provides! Marc is an incredible manager, he helped diagnose my issue swiftly and gave me the best price in town, i had checked 5 other places in Lafayette for a quote on 4 new tires and wheel alignment, Marc was able to beat all competitors by $400. While there i witnessed him helping many people and providing excellent service. Truly an Auto shop you can trust, which is hard to find these days. I'll be returning here and recommending it to all my friends and family. The techs also explained everything to me in great detail and even assisted me in discussion about another car i own which isn't even in the shop, they care about helping people most of all. Truly refreshing.

On a road trip and suddenly had a quickly deflating tire due to a screw. Everyone was super nice and extremely helpful. They got me in quickly and patched up my tire easily. Would 100% recommend this location!
