Asked for them to get me an alignment as I was having issues with my car leaning to one side. They added tires, all new tie rods and didnt do the alignment properly. Ontop of this I had asked them to look into an issue where at high speed (what ended up being my brake caliper) would stick and cause noise. They didnt look into or fix that issue. Taking my car to another shop they charged $293 to look at and fix my issue that this Car-X who charged me close to $2000 didnt fix. But I guess its cool cause now my tie rods are new.

My wife took our Toyota Camry hybrid car into car x in Waukee Iowa and they basically told her she needed a fuel system cleaning on her car and she said ok not knowing that could be done at home it’s a two step process to do. But felt like she needed to do it so $150+ later she was bullied into getting something done that did not need to get done on this car. Also it’s a closed fuel injection system. Now they are saying that she said it was ok to do it. But they didn’t give her the option not to do it. So they bullied her into doing this work. I called talked to the manager they said they would give us some token credit if she comes back. I will never take a car here again and I recommend taking your car somewhere else where they are more honest. They don’t care about you at all just your

Had a noise in my vehicle that sounded similar to an issue they had fixed for me previously but on the opposite side. They inspected and test drove but didn’t find anything wrong. After filling some low fluids they gave it back with no diagnosis charge. Every service I’ve had here has been great and they’ve only charged for work done.

Great service. I had 4 new tires put on. They got me in same day i called and in and out in 30 min. A+++

I went in for an oil change and I waited on them and the previous issues I've had with them in the past should have told me to not go there, but they came out and told me my brakes were apparently about to go out and I need new pads and rotors plus a master cylinder, mind you I haven't had and brake issues. So, I asked how much... $2600 for everything. I said Well, I don't have $2600 on me as most people don't. I asked if I could drive it home, they said I wouldn't recommend it. How the hell do you suppose I get home then. So, I got the opinion of a family friend and said that this shouldn't cost more than $500 at the most for parts. CarX labor is not worth $2000. I'm done and will be getting my services done somewhere else. Don't go here and don't give these guys business.
