Jon and his team are on another level. After a curb ambushed me, I needed four tires and an alignment, and they handled it with the kind of care and precision you usually only see in movies. Jon made sure the larger tires I wanted would fit perfectly, walked me through every option with patience and expertise, and had the whole job done the SAME DAY. Then he topped it off with rotation advice like a true master of his craft. If I could rate them more than five stars, I’d break the scale. This shop is absolutely incredible!

Honest, no nonsense service. We have been going to Heartland for years now. The techs are friendly and won’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Service is always timely.

The worst place I've ever been to. My car had the check engine light on, and they charged me $641 to fix it. They did it on Friday, and by Saturday it was broken again with the same problem. I took the car back, and they couldn't fix it and wouldn't give me my money back. They made up two different stories to avoid giving me my money back. I advise you not to go to this place. They're only interested in money, and once they have it, they won't give it back, even if they do a terrible job. I recommend you don't go to this place; they're scammers.

I’ve been going to Heartland ever since I moved to Des Moines for college about 10 years ago. My small town auto shop suggested them from back home! They have always provided exceptional service + they are super quick and accurate! You can tell they really care about their customers. I ended up buying tires here instead of my dealership & I’m glad I did (they’re lasting longer, free rotations & were cheaper!). As a young woman - I don’t know much about cars but they explain everything in detail to me & I’ve never been steered the wrong way. I trust them fully! I will never go to another auto shop - this one is the best!
