Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center at Stivers Ford

Bought new Nitto tires here and they failed in the first 30 days. They apparently have no pull with their sales rep or vendor and I'm basically on my own trying to fight for coverage. It's been 2.5 months and Nitto says it could be another 4-6 weeks before I even hear anything back. Not really helpful in the process or defending their customer. Had I known this I wouldn't have bought a second set from them.

QUICK LANE SERVICE I have been taking my F150 Truck and Ford Fusion here for over 2yrs for oil changes and minor things ie, tire rotation, and 21pt inspections. I have had nothing but fantastic service from this department! They appointed a new manager last July, Don Hayes, that is very knowledgeable and professional. He brings a lot, not only to Stivers, but to their customers in this department! 👍🏼

I had recently bought a 2020 F150 from a client of mine. The underguard had come loose so I stopped in the QuickLane service area. They got it in within 20 or so minutes. Reattached the guard and then didn't charge me anything for it! Great People!

This is the worst auto service ever. They try to fix stuff that has already been done. They don’t complete what they were suppose too. Customer service is terrible too. Tried to replace my plugs and wires every time I go in for service. That’s why I won’t buy my new truck there. Don’t use them Overpriced too.

Friendly staff, quick service, and a good job well done every time! The coffee is always hot, too!
