Let me preface this by saying this place hasn’t done anything to my car yet. I was laid off and began my job at Food Lion. My car began giving me issues so I looked up the first car repair company I could find. When I came in, the front desk gentleman incredibly nice. When he asked would I like a ride home because my car would need to be in the shop for a while, I was genuinely shocked. I never expected them to do that for free. They were able to get me to knightdale, which is 30 or more minutes away. John, the owner I believe, was truly generous in his actions. He felt bad for me and it made the world for him to actually care. The man the drove me was nice as well. Let me end by saying I’m nearly 40 and the service I received was something out of the 90s lol. In 2026, you don’t get this

As my first time at Carfix, I was very impressed, they got me in quickly, polite, and comfortable waiting room. They gave me a ride home, and offered to pick me up when the car was ready. Max was very professional and they did a great job of checking the entire vehicle for any issues. I highly recommend their business.

All around pleasant experience at the Garner location. Superb customer service by Max with excellent communication. He kept me posted on the repairs, the cost and estimated completion time. And a very thorough diagnosis of the Mini Cooper by Josh, who also effected the necessary repairs and performed the manufacturer's recommended services based on mileage, which is critical to maintaining the car's warranty. Carfix auto repair is certainly setting the standard for competence and professionalism in the field of auto mechanics. I highly recommend them.

When I moved to Garner I needed to find somewhere to have a oil change when it was due. I found this company to be one of the best to take your car. Whenever I needed anything done, windshield wipers, oil changes, tires filled this place was my go to. Everyone was so kind and treated me like I had a special car. I would highly recommend for everyone to go to them for any type of repair needed. I now live in Texas and I will miss the great service they have always given me. I've been a client of Carfix for the past few years and l've always been very pleased with their service, technicians and staff. They're knowledgeable, ethical, professional and friendly but today two technicians, Cliff & Ethan, blew me away with an issue l've been having. An issue l'm sure any technician would dread and understandably so... l had a noise coming from the front of the car that was hard to describe and not always consistent. Yeah, one of those issues. Well, within 2 hours they had not only discovered what it was but resolved the issue as well. Kudos to Cliff & Ethan for an AMAZING job; I'm grateful for your expertise and sleuth skills.
