I had a good feeling about this dealership from step one. They had better communication and follow-up than any others I had reached out to. There’s no surprise that four cars were sold the day I was picking up my truck — it seems like an honest dealership with good people and fair pricing. Austin was especially attentive and showed great care in the process. I’d highly recommend him. His coworkers who filled in when he was unavailable one day were equally as caring. Overall, great experience. I’d highly recommend CarLink in Fort Myers for your used car purchase.

Wow is all I can say. I am completely blown away by this dealership. We had been looking for a vehicle in our area (Orlando) for weeks and decided to expand our search area. I saw the vehicle I liked online and Ashton from internet sales reached out to me promptly. She was incredibly easy to work with. She worked hard for us and the price was fair for everyone. She then sent us to work with Austin who was amazing! He took the time and care to send us pictures and videos of everything on the vehicle. Literally everything, he even pointed out every little minor ding and scratch so we knew what we were getting when we got there. This level of honesty and transparency is so rare from a dealership! We drove 4 hours to get to the dealership and they stayed open late so we could get the deal done

Ed w/ CarLino was super easy to work with, my credit union seemed to be just fine with the whole financing process, and everything went easier than expected. Ed took the time to send a walk around video of the truck we were interested in and made sure not to leave anything to imagination as he was very thorough. This meant a lot considering we were coming from 1,700 miles away. Upon arriving, everyone at the dealership was super friendly, Ed greeted us, pointed us to the truck, and allowed us to take it on a test drive while he stayed behind to finish up working with some other customers. As confident as we were in the quality of the truck before arriving, we were blown away at the fact it was even nicer in person. We’re now 1,200 miles into outlet 1,700 mile trip back home and everything
