We bought a Ford Edge from this Carmax right away we had over heating issues, brought it back they gave the vehicle back several times with the exact same issue one of the times we got the Ford back some one ripped the back wiper off and broke it. We finally made them take the vehicle back and we then got a Jeep grand cherokee overland right after purchase it started over heating as well. They then lied to us telling us they replaced the thermostat with a OEM and when this was a lie. We had the jeep taken to a dealership of our choice and they immediately found a problem which was the non-oem thermostat and the system being improperly burped. I hadn't got the vehicle back till 2 more weeks after that. CarMax does not vet the vehicles before selling them Daylily purchase them from an auctio

We were looking to purchase a vehicle and were directed to this location. I'm not sure what happens here, but it is a locked building (need to ring for entrance) - and they did not answer our 'ring' (there is a camera doorbell), our come to the door while we were there. Again, I'm not sure what happens at this CarMax location - but I'm comfortable in saying that, from my experience, this is not a good place to try and purchase (or sell) a vehicle, or to talk to anyone about purchasing (or selling) a vehicle.
