Great place, easy process and very friendly. Went to herb jeep down the street and they couldn’t meet my needs and sent me here to sell my truck. Instead I sold my truck and bought a new vehicle. Appraisal is easy and if you want a clean hassle free way to sell your car this is the place. No haggling no fuss, it is what it is. Mohamed the floor manager and Jose (the bald one) were both great to work with.

My sick and elderly Father is no longer able to drive. We needed to sell his car and pay off the remaining balance on his existing loan. However he is homebound which made this process difficult to do. Enter Carmax. We were able to obtain a quote easily online, received a fair offer, and were able to have the car picked up right at the house. Had to call the local store to adjust the price when an automatic payment came out of his account just before his car pick-up. The people I spoke with had awesome customer service and were able to adjust the amount in time, so my Father didn't have to wait for reimbursement. They paid off his loan and he received a check when the car was picked up. Thank you for making this experience positive and easy!!!!

Excellent service quick response I was in and out within 45 minutes after dropping my car off to them. No hassle no haggle. They arranged to lift driver to drive me 40 miles home. I just signed the title over in a few other forms and left with the check in my hand. I will definitely do business with them again
