Easiest way to buy a car. I browsed online, reserved a test drive, loved the car, and was able to get a car. However, I made a mistake and got a front wheel drive instead of an all-wheel drive. I came back the next day and was able to make an exchange for what I wanted. Nice and friendly staff and no pushy salesmen. I highly recommend CarMax to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
