They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. Although the prices are pretty high compared with other places, the quality of the work was outstanding, and they completed the job efficiently. A special thank you to Gia, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure all my questions were answered and kept me informed every step of the way. Her customer service truly made the experience even better. Additionally, talking to Rachel was an excellent experience. Very helpful and friendly, attentive and her customer service is top notch! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️

Can't say enough good things about this place! When my car's check engine light suddenly came on with other warning lights, I was rapidly looking for a nearby mechanic. Carmedix was around the corner, so I called to see if they could see me on short notice, and they said, "Absolutely." Devin and Rachel were so kind and wonderful to work with. They found the issue with my car and fixed it within 2 hours. Their office is also very clean and client-oriented. Very nice experience.

Very professional, very friendly, and did a good job on a past oil change. Carmedix will however try to upsell you on additional work. I was told my brakes were low and quoted a high price for brakes, based on the other quotes I called around for. 6K Miles later, I got my oil changed at another shop and I had my brakes checked as I was expecting to need them changed based on Carmedix feedback. I was told by the shop my brakes had a lot of life left and do not need changing. Will be looking elsewhere for car repairs moving forward.
