I've dealt with Matt on more than one occasion and he will get my business in the future also. My favorite thing about Matt is he will take a good look at what all you got going on and give you an informed recommendation. If you're looking for someone that does the job, but also cares enough to make sure everything else is good to go (saving you time, money, & hassle later) then Matt is your guy! He changed out a universal joint for me & let me know to be thinking about getting the rest of the front end done and quoted me so I had time to save if needed. He's also looked over various issues I had concerns on, changed out ball joints, got me new tires, alignment, etc. He's good people - straight up and honest. He also has very fair pricing. If you want to deal with a smart ass and someone who seems to be pissed off at the world for no reason give Matt a call. I’m sure he’s fun to be around. Will not recommend to anyone. Word of mouth travels fast and you best believe I will be letting people know in Orangeburg to avoid this place like the plague.

I just called the man who answer hung up on my face all I asked was for a rate and due to him not having a truck available he hung up on me without me finishing my sentence very rude and won’t be doing business with this company or referring anyway try any other towing company

HORRIBLE customer service. Im from out of town and my grandma was concerned about my tiny flat on my tire so we went to this service place that she was told about because it was close by. Mind you we are all women. Before words were even exchanged, the man already had an attitude with just having to do his job. The Man caught an attitude with me because i made a joke and said “2$ for air that we all breath” i never raised my voice or even caught an attitude, before i could say anything else the man with the gauge in his ear snapped and said something about the machine being 2$ and not the air itself. Okay cool thats fine but to catch a nasty attitude with me, because of a comment is crazy. He clearly does not know how to talk to people. After matching his unprofessional energy, his daddy
