I have been looking at Park Models for almost a year at a few different places, but when I encountered Mel and Bob at Carolina Custom Park Models, I knew I was right where I needed/wanted to be!!! Their professionalism and attention to every detail and advice is barnone the best I have encountered. My home was delivered this morning and they were there to make sure everything was the way it was supposed to be. I highly recommend that if anyone is in the market for a Park Model, you go see them!! I truly hope God blesses them for many years to come....Toni Sparrow

We absolutely love our new custom built park model! We highly recommend Carolina Custom Park Models for a seamless experience from the start of your purchase until delivery of your new home. In addition everyone from the lender to the movers made the experience fantastic!

I can't say enough good things about Carolina Custom park models. I met Rob Oliver first on a rainy Saturday morning. His knowledge of each unit gave me a lot of confidence. I did extensive research and kept coming back here. Bob Oliver helped me with the financing and lot search and it all came together within a week. Excellent customer service. Really great people to work with! I can't wait for my new adventure in my Clayton DeSoto home!

Melanie and Bob have been great from the very beginning! They made the process so easy! I can not recommend Carolina Custom Park Models enough!
