I had an excellent experience with my recent oil change service. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, completed the work quickly, and made sure my vehicle was running perfectly before I left. The team at Carolina Quick Lube were great. I waited only a few minutes after arriving (without an appointment!) for a car inspection and oil change. They also rotated my tires. The team members were all friendly, but very efficient, and the cost beat other places I'd been to. I'll be back.

I have taken my truck to these guys twice and both times they didnt wipe down old oil off where it was drained from. Both times I have come out to find oil on my driveway. This last time I was in the lobby I heard another customer complain about the same thing, to only come home and have the same thing happen to me. This is rediculous 120 bucks for an oil change and they can't take the 10 seconds to clean up the mess that is part of the job. My truck is not old or leaking they just do a half asked job. They also told me my truck weighed 10k pounds so they could rotate the tires, when it weighs 7k.... this is pathetic customer service.

5 stars every time. I love this place, CQL is the best around! I go regularly for my oil change, actually a little more than regular since I need an oil change around every 2 months. I look forward to coming, and so do my kids.. why? For the slushies and snacks of course. My oil change never takes more than 10-15 minutes. The facilities are very clean and well stocked. Employees are all SUPER friendly and well knowledgeable! I appreciate them showing me my cabin and engine filters, and they don’t pressure you into buying a new one which is nice cause I’m poor. I know I’m missing a cabin air filter, but it’ll have to wait ! Haha! I am so glad to give these guys a chance and I have came back ever since. See yall next time! 😁

Straight forward prices. (FAIR) Professional staff. Fast service. yes, they tried to up -sell. But no pressure. Air filter and such. I will not not go anywhere else. Just wanted oil change for my 3 vehicles, plus 1 inspection and 1 tire rotation. Chrysler minivan,dodge suv, ford super duty 350. Other place quoted extremely high. This place values customers. If you want or can afford all bells and whistles, they can do it all. I just needed the basic. Comfortable lobby, free drinks and snacks. Met nice people while waiting which wasn't long. Tell them Mr. Todd recommended you. Maybe I'll get my dirty air filter for free.lol
