If I could give this company more than five stars, I absolutely would—and that’s not something I say often. Every single visit has been outstanding. On my very first visit, they didn’t even charge me, and they were so kind about it. Since then, I’ve been back several times over the years and have always received excellent automotive work and top-notch customer service. I’ve had my share of issues with some of the bigger names around here, especially when it comes to tire repairs and replacements, so trust me when I say this place is the best in Mount Pleasant—hands down.

Had tires installed and balanced a couple months ago, I don’t think any of them are actually balanced correctly at all. They had some kids who looked to be maybe 16 or 17 balancing and mounting them and I’m pretty sure they were clueless. They put balance beads in, seems like they didn’t use enough because the entire car shakes once I hit 55.

I came to Carolina Tire when I was in urgent need of a tire in Oct 2025. I ended up needing much more than I realized!! It was a shock but thank goodness they have the Acima program where you can pay weekly! I was able to pay that off, just in time to need a new tire because I hit a curb!! I bought the tire thinking I could have AAA come and replace it! Well they only put spares on and do not mount new tires!! What a disappointment! I called Carolina Tire back and they were able to send out their mobile unit the next morning to mount and replace my tire!! I’m a lifetime client now! I recently had my vehicle's brakes serviced at this establishment. The service was exceptionally prompt, highly professional, and competitively priced. A week later, I returned for a tire repair and experienced the same exemplary level of service.

The best car repair in Mt. Pleasant! They are SO kind and friendly. They explained what was going on clearly and even gave free services that my car dealership probably would’ve charged hundreds for. And they were open on Sunday and able to take me as a walk in right away.
