We had prompt service. The guy that had helped, I know from high school. We had ended up leaving to discuss some expenses, looked up what we needed online. Went back, not only did he honor the price but also found another coupon and in turn saved us about $55.00.

This morning I simply wanted to buy a set of headlights for my car. I did not know the type so I stood in line. There was two guys behind the counter who were helping someone. To one of the guys credit she did say he would be with me shortly. I still don't know why this one guy needed to guys behind the counter. Long story short I stood there for about 15 minutes then I decided to look up which headlight I needed on my phone and pull it from the rack. I then got back in line and another 10 minutes past without being acknowledged. At this point I decided to put the headlights back and I left the store. The reason for one star is terrible customer service. My entire transaction would have taken less than 5 minutes but I stood in that store for nearly 25 minutes without service while two guys

I called in to see if they had a product I needed and spoke with Chris on the phone. They had one left but it was supposed to be shipped to another location. Chris held it for me and made sure I had a great experience and was able to get the product I requested. Thanks Chris!

Bought a Silver battery in May of 2016, this afternoon it died and wouldn't charge at all; it is December 2016. I called to have them exchange it and they said without a receipt they couldn't do anything even though I know I provided my address and phone number at the time of purchase. They also told me no one had bought that type of battery since 2015. Said they would have to charge me full price at 140$ for another of the same battery. Lying to my face is not how you keep customers around. I am never going back to carquest. I am 3 weeks from giving birth and I shouldn't be dealing with cappy customer service over something I need. I will be taking my business to Auto zone in Mankato and getting their Gold battery for 120$ with the 5 year warrenty.

Was helped by the manager, Chris. Very knowledgable and happy to help with questions. If they dont have what you need in the store, they are quick to find it and make it available!
