I bought a car with Nelson imports and several years later, I decide to write this review. The car I bought was a used car- it is running wonderfully and Josh gave me a special deal. To me the way that you treat people matters- the team at Nelson Imports made me feel comfortable.

Great service, true experts in auto mechanics. If you have any sort of import (especially German imports), this is the best place to get anything done. The owner, Josh Nelson, is a really good guy and will treat you well. He will only charge what the repair is worth, he won't try scamming you. Definite 5/5 stars, the customer service, shop, and vehicular service are spectacular.

Nelson Imports was very professional and courteous. I had my Passat in for a tire alignment after hitting a nasty pothole. They were kind enough to give an inspection to check if there was any damage. They were straight forward with their services and pricing. Great experience!

One of the best and only places to take your car if you want it fixed right, fixed fast, and for a fair price. Despite now living in Minneapolis, I only trust Mr. Nelson, and his guys, with my car. He did great work on my specialty 1986 Jaguar (a very difficult car to work on) and he has worked on my entire family's fleet of cars from my Volvo to our old Cadillac boat to my mom's Dodge minivan. Nelson Imports always has a friendly smile and terrific customer service so there is absolutely no way to go wrong by taking your vehicle to them! Love these guys and would never go to anyone else!!
