Mike and Anthony in Parts and Service were so kind and accommodating to my Uncle Jack! He had a recent accident and needed a review of his Truck to make sure it was running and only needed body work. They took him in, on the spot, understanding his needs and provided an excellent assessment and course of action. Most polite and professional when I called in to follow up and be sure my Uncle understood fully. I cannot say enough THANKS for small town BIG service and customer care! Just paid Lager's in St.Peter to clean this vehicle. I would like to give it zero stars. When I requested a refund, they refused. They offered no apology at all; only a redo which meant more time off work and inconvenience because there was no focus on quality the first time. And... This was the second vehicle in two weeks we had cleaned with same experience. We really thought the first time was a one off and gave the benefit of the doubt in bringing in the second. Lager's refused refunds on both.

Do not have your car detailed here. They will take your money and not do the job. They lied about the service they provided and make you pay before you even get to see the car.
