Popped in for a bolt, ended up buying much more. Great help behind the counter. Non-intimidating, My wife would feel comfortable there, its not an auto store that makes you feel like an idiot if your not mechanical. I purchased a 12 volt battery charger for less than the cost on Amazon after UPS damage mine. Good staff, good prices.

All of the sales associates are extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I've been doing business with them for over 2 years now and I'm hooked for life. I've never once provided with the incorrect part. I'd drive 3 hours out of my way if I had to to get my parts from them just to avoid having to deal with the standard big name parts stores that tend to have sales associates with very little knowledge.

I always buy online first, and pickup at store. I tend to save a bundle. In store customer service is friendly & helpful. I use this store for the good deals /prices and convenience. Better than most out there. I could spend a lot of time & money in this store, if I wandered in to pick something up, 😝.
