Excellent service. Their prices were cheaper for headlights than other places. The man that assisted me, I can’t remember his name now 😩😩, he was super helpful with helping me with changing my headlights. I felt like I was a close friend and not a customer. Def would choose them over any other place in the future

James Is awesome. Prices are fair. And if he doesn't have the part you need he can get it. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles.

I went into this carquest to buy butt splices, 2 switches, electrical tape and a contact sealer. When I told the counter man that I am a platinum commercial customer at aap/cq, he rudely replied, "we are independent from corporate but 'we'll treat you right' on price" He then proceeded to charge me full price on everything which was $44. I told him this should only be around 20 for me and 32-33 for retail. He said "best i can do" so I dropped the switches and the price came down to $25. I ended up buying everything else at oreilly's to save some money. The only thing I used from carquest was the butt splices( outrageously priced at $14), so I proceeded to return the tape and . He looked at the brand new electrical tape (which was almost $6 usually $2) and scoffed, "that's half used". I pi

They were professional and friendly enough but I couldn't have confidence in them because they didn't seem to be familiar enough with the auto paint.
