CARSTAR Autobody of Cleveland

Did a great job on my wife’s 2025 ford explorer. Couldn’t tell it had even been hit. Also replaced the letters on the back and did a fantastic job. If you need any body work differently recommend going to them!

Staff is friendly and helped navigate a very stressful situation Edit Apparently when they take your car apart they don't keep track of what they take apart ( now I question if it was even totaled said I had a radiator leak there is no radiator leak) I had my lights in the wrong sockets and I have a bumper that's not even mine. My car still drives fine ( camera in the grill works also) I'm getting cosmetics fixed on my own.

Carstar did an amazing job on my car after hitting a deer, they were communicative, gave great updates and a timeline even with the winter storm that hit us they made sure it was finished on time! Mr Mickey helped me from the beginning, than Crystal with the communication and updates, also her help with the rental set up and drop off, communicating to the insurance, and Ryan with the thorough walk thru of everything that was replaced! I’m glad I chose them to work with! My car looks brand new again! Would 100% recommend anyone going to them.

I had a fantastic experience doing business with this company! They were communicative, timely, finished my vehicle before their estimated date, and most importantly made me feel like a valued customer. Everyone was pleasant to work with, but Mikey really went above and beyond and really cared about the work done on my vehicle. I would 100% recommend this auto body shop and would absolutely come here again (though hopefully I don’t need to).

CS autobody did an excellent job with repairs. I was pleased with the results. Customer service communicated well while my car was being repaired. They maintained regular communication and helped me understand the claim and repair process, setting clear expectations.
